Rumson–Sea Bright Bridge & Shore Access

The new Rumson–Sea Bright Bridge opened in 2025, keeping the direct connection between Rumson and Sea Bright. It is the fastest link from the borough to nearby ocean beaches, while Red Bank and Little Silver provide additional dining, arts, shopping and rail access.

West Park / Jumping Point: The borough’s park at the Rumson side of the bridge is scheduled for additional waterfront, playground, pedestrian and landscaping improvements beginning in fall 2026, conditions permitting. Active construction areas may be closed.
